What to expect

A clear next step into care.

Reaching out does not mean you need to have everything figured out. A short message or consultation can help clarify what you need, whether our team is a good fit, and which therapist or service may make the most sense.

Tell us what kind of support you are looking for, whether you prefer in-person or telehealth, and any practical details that may affect scheduling or therapist fit. You can keep it brief.

That is completely normal. You can describe what has been feeling difficult, and our team can help you think through whether individual, couples, family, teen, group, or online therapy is the best starting point.

Yes. Denver Mental Health Collective offers in-person therapy at the Denver office and telehealth therapy for clients located in Colorado.

No. Appointments need to be scheduled in advance so we can protect privacy and make sure the right person is available to help.

Denver Mental Health Collective is not a crisis service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 for crisis support.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

You do not have to figure this out alone.

You do not have to know exactly what kind of therapy you need before you reach out. Tell us a little about what is happening, and we will help you think through the right service, therapist fit, and next step.
